Bandolier is a fashion tech brand that merges fashion and functionality to transform iPhones into chic accessories.  The brand redefines mixing utility with style and allows consumers to free their hands taking only what they need on the go day or night. Bandolier's previous website was outdated and failed to provide a seamless and engaging user experience that reflects the brand's innovative and fashion-forward approach. 

Solution

To enhance and optimize Bandolier’s digital experience, a UX Audit was performed to explore opportunities and weaknesses. These findings were used to redesign the website and implement digital and e-commerce best practices. Notable enhancements were navigation and wayfinding, reviews and social proof, and increased order value. The mega menu and filtering system were redesigned to reflect user behavior patterns discovered through the audit to allow users to shop by phone model. Social media feeds, UGC, and product reviews helped strengthen the brand's credibility. Through easy-to-find and use add-ons on the PDP and upsells in the cart, average order value and cart size were increased.
